International Sustainable World (Energy, Engineering & Environment) Project Olympiad (I-SWEEEP) finalists and adult supervisors are responsible for their own travel arrangments. I-SWEEEP will provide hotel accomodations for students and supervisors during the event.

Additionally,  I-SWEEEP Organizing Committee has allocated a budget to extend financial aid in order to help the travel expenses of eligible students. Funding is limited.This help will be provided to the limited number of participants. Qualified finalists for financial aid will be notified by I-SWEEEP Organizing Committee.

When decision is made on financial aid,  the following factors will be considered;

1. Family Income
2. Student's efforts  and achievements in other science fair organizations.
3. Depth and value of the work  in current research project.

ELIGIBILITY& REQUIREMENTS 

• Applicants should register their projects before they apply for financial aid.
• Applicant’s project should be qualified to participate in I-SWEEEP after review of I-SWEEEP Scientific Committee.
• Students should fill out an online application and submit necessary documents to I-SWEEEP.

 
APPLICATION PROCESS 

1. Complete project registration and submit the abstract on I-SWEEEP registration web page.
2. After you finalized project application, you can apply for financial aid.
3. I-SWEEEP Scientific  Review Committee will evaluate the projects and notify students regarding their quailification  to compete at I-SWEEEP as finalist.
4. After review process, I-SWEEEP Organizing Committee will meet to decide on financial aid that will be provided to eligible finalist projects.
5. I-SWEEEP Organizing Committee will notify eligible students and their adult supervisors regarding financial aid decision.

If you are notifed by I-SWEEEEP regarding your elibility on financial aid, you should request your reimbursement.You can download the reimbursement forms  in the links below.
