Awards 2008

The organizers of I-SWEEEP and the Cosmos Foundation have announced the administration of first excellence awards at I-SWEEEP 2008.

Research projects are presented at I-SWEEEP and the students are evaluated on their scientific thought, originality, understanding, and the exhibit itself. About sixty percent of the projects in each category will receive category awards. There are three main categories in both Junior Division and Senior Division; Energy, Engineering, and Environment.

Monetary awards will be presented per finalist project.

Special Awards from professional associations, government agencies, and private institutions will be announced later.

MILSET Award	INEPO Award
MILSET, the International Movement for Leisure Activities in Science and Technology is a non-governmental, non-profit and politically independent youth organization, which aims at developing scientific culture among young people through the organization of science-and-technology programs, including Science Fairs, summer camps, youth congresses, seminars, etc.	The International Environmental Olympiad takes place in Turkey in the first week of June in World Environment Week.
For a top project, a trip to the 4^th Latin American ExpoSciences , ESI 2008 to be held in Lima, Peru , from August 4 ,2008 to August 8, 2008.	For a top project, a trip to the 16^th International Environmental Project Olympiad, INEPO 2008 to held in Istanbul, Turkey.
