We thank you for your inetrest to participate in I-SWEEEP. Before you start the registration, we would like to help you with the registration process. You should read it thoroughly. All applicants must register their project online. If the project application is selected as finalist to participate in the event, all finalists should be accompanied by an adult supervisor (parent, teacher, or project supervisor) during the I-SWEEEP fair. Finalists and adult supervisors should work together to complete the registration process.

CONTESTANT

Contestants should register their projects and submit necessary information online. If your project requires Risk Management Form, this form should be filled out by project supervisor (the person who provided the most assistance for your research).Please check I-SWEEEP Rules and Guidelines to learn more about safety and risk management.

International Projects: January 28, 2011
US Projects:  March 4, 2011

ADULT SUPERVISOR

If the application is selected as finalist to attend I-SWEEEP, the finalist student(s) must be accompined by an adult sponsor. Adult supervisor will be the contact person to handle all communication with I-SWEEEP. Adult supervisors also(parent, teacher, or a designated adult supervisor) need to provide information about the details of their travel.

PROJECT SUPERVISOR

Project supervisors (the person who provided the most assistance for the project ) need to fill out Risk Management Form,  by logging into the project supervisor page if needed.

The following forms may be faxed before your arrival at (713) 777-8555 OR submitted to the check-in desk upon your arrival at the GRB convention center. You can download the forms from the links below.
