Applicants should enter the project title and provide parent or legal guardian’s e-mail address to start registration process. Each applicant will receive a unique project code to access to online registration. Then submit the necessary information by February 24, 2012 (11:59 PM ET).

The parent / legal guardian will receive a notification e-mail giving them the opportunity to consent/authorize the entry by completing and electronically signing the consent form. The consent form must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM ET on February 23, 2012. Once the parent/guardian sends the consent form, applicants may continue on their entry. Applicants will use the project code obtained in the registration e-mail and parent’s/guardian’s e-mail address to log in the on-line registration system. The registration includes student’s information, school information, project information, project supervisor’s information, and slide show presentation submission. Applicants can save the entry any time to continue later on.

Registration for 2012 is over.

If parent/legal guardian does not submit the Consent Form and the On-line Registration by applicable dates stated above, the application will be disqualified automatically.
